Though life coaching can include counseling, mentoring, teaching, training, or consulting, its primary premise is that the client already has all the answers and guidance inside of them for any life issue they are struggling with or any life goal they want to attain (e.g., romantic relationships, job, career, money, children, friends or family issues/goal). The client just does not know yet how to ask the right questions in order to get the right answers. This is where a life coach can help. As a result, life coaching sessions are extremely empowering and effective as the client discovers, often for the first time, how wise, intelligent, resourceful, and incredibly powerful they really are. The goal of a real coaching session should be to put an end to the need for further coaching sessions, to end all seeking from the outside, and have the client turn inwards for all their answers and guidance. As the client discovers who they really are, they will naturally realize this and stop giving their power away to other people, products, or services. It does not mean that the client will no longer need other people, products, or services, but that the client will either know the answer, or be guided with a lot of clarity to the right person, product, or service.
Life coaches should employ methods in the beginning that ensure the client take actual steps towards their goal as a way to keep the client accountable and motivated until the client can reach a point where they are inspired to take action. The word inspire broken down means in–spirit or coming from Spirit or from within. Once the client has reached this stage of development, there is no longer a need for a coach.
Health coaching is a relatively new, but rapidly growing specialty in life coaching due to the increasing cost of health care and increasing rates of death from chronic health conditions. It is different from personal training in that it does not only entail achieving a certain physical fitness condition through physical exercise activities, but it takes into account all contributing factors to body health including diet, detoxification, eliminating exposure to environmental toxins, and mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Health coaching sessions are typically geared towards eliminating a health condition, or to achieve a specific level of health or health goal.
Spiritual coaching is also a relatively new, but rapidly growing specialty in life coaching due to many people being forced by the deterioration of our physical world to seek answers and solutions from another dimension, or a higher source. Spiritual coaching sessions are typically geared towards the goal of spiritual awakening, enlightenment, self-realization, a deep connection with God or Spirit, freedom from samsara or all forms of suffering, and the realization or experience of the true nature of Reality.
Holistic Life Coaching
The word holistic has popularly been associated with the use of natural herbal remedies for disease and sickness. However, the actual definition of holistic is “considering a person or thing as a whole, rather than as separate parts” which can be applied not only to medicine but also to coaching. Since there are three aspects of a person: spirit, mind, and body, coaching sessions are significantly more effective and changes are permanent when all three aspects of a person are addressed and integrated. Oftentimes, when only one aspect of a person is worked on, the desired change or achievement is temporary either creating a relapse or transferring a problem in another area.
What to Look For in a Coach
In addition to the above description of a coach, look for a person who has already achieved what you are looking for. For example, if you need life coaching for a relationship goal or issue, look for someone who is already in a happy and healthy long-term relationship. If you need health coaching, look for someone who is full of energy, vitality, and is physically healthy and fit. If you need spiritual coaching, look for someone who is enlightened or self-realized, not just full of knowledge from years of reading self-help and spiritual books. Unfortunately, it is a human tendency for someone to want to pursue a career in coaching specializing in an area that they actually need the most help in as a way to either cover up that deficiency or as a way for them to learn through other people how to solve this issue. Have you ever met a therapist, counselor, or psychologist that could really use their own services? In fact, the most ideal coach would be someone who is no longer seeking answers and is already self-realized in all areas of life to avoid issues of projection onto the client. Projection is this human phenomena of seeing in other people what you actually have in yourself, also known as the mirror effect. It can be very beautiful if what the coach has inside is unblocked Love, Beauty, Grace, and Peace; however, if the coach still has fear, insecurity, frustration, or other trapped emotions inside, it can be very harmful to the client and further propagate the denial of the coach that it is in someone else and not inside them. To get clues, look at the coach’s relationships, their career, their family, children, friends, spiritual connection, their physical health, mental and emotional health, etc. See the coach’s success in all areas of their life as their credentials, proven experience, or track record.
Look for an intuitive coach or a coach that is emotionally intelligent, inner directed, and a clear channel for Divine insight and guidance. Intuitive does not necessarily mean psychic or able to predict future events with accuracy. Intuitive means that they can hear, see, feel, and/or get direct downloads of information or knowledge that directs them to ask the client key questions that lead to very illuminating and insightful answers in the client resulting in major breakthroughs.
A coach who can see Reality, the wholeness and perfection in everyone and everything, is critically important for real and permanent breakthroughs to occur. It is actually the secret to all healing and all transformation. It is not enough for a coach to mentally or intellectually understand and know this, but they must actually experience this everyday and especially while they are with the client. When the coach sees, experiences, and lives in this Reality of Perfection and Wholeness, all darkness and illusions automatically disappear, clearing the space around the coach and wherever the coach places their attention so that remarkable possibilities can be created. Just being in the presence of a coach with this powerful field of pure potentiality can sometimes be enough to make energetic shifts in a person resulting ultimately in a clear vision of this blissful and boundless Reality for the client.
Beware of coaches who do not empower clients by training them to go within as these coaches are more interested in making the client dependent on them for either ego gratification or to continue extracting money from the client.
About Coach Ngoc
A lifelong claircognizant (direct knower or direct knowledge intuitive), Ngoc frequently gets visions and direct downloads of knowledge that helps Ngoc ask the client the right questions during coaching sessions. Ngoc’s first spiritual awakening experience occurred when she was 16 years old during a lucid dream (i.e., a dream in which Ngoc was fully conscious that she was dreaming). Ngoc had become an adept lucid dreamer at that time and was even able to control and direct her dreams to fulfill whatever wish she desired. That night, during her 16th year of life, Ngoc decided right before she fell asleep, that she wanted to know and experience who God was once and for all. She quickly became conscious that she was dreaming and suddenly saw a phenomenally beautiful, bright radiant white light that should have been blinding because it was so bright, but for some reason, was not blinding to Ngoc for she was able to stare at it with wide opened eyes. Ngoc felt her entire being suddenly pulled quickly towards this amazing white light above her and eventually merged with the light completely. In that instant, time and space ceased to exist, Ngoc immediately experienced who/what God was, understood everything, experienced such a profound, eternal state of peace, ecstasy, and bliss that is out of this world. Shortly after this experience, Ngoc noticed that there are two parts to her: an Observer who witnesses everything without judgment, full of peace, grace, and understanding, and the Observed who experiences and interacts with everything in this world. Ngoc’s psychic or intuitive abilities increased dramatically after the awakening experience where she was able to experience telepathic communication with another human being, an animal, and a tree.
Ngoc’s second awakening experience occurred on January 15, 2011 when she was initiated by Lola Jones (founder of Divine Openings) as a Divine Openings Giver to initiate a permanent process of enlightenment in others and give Divine Physical Healings.
Ngoc’s spiritual name, “the Illuminator,” came to her during one of her daily meditation practices. It means “the one who illuminates or lights the way for others.” Everyone has a spiritual name that they may or may not yet be aware of. Though not necessary, it can be the same as your given name or similar to the meaning of your given/birth name, married name, or legally chosen name. Ngoc is a very common Vietnamese first name that means “precious gem, jade, stone, or diamond” and her married name is Luzardo (luz–ardo), which means “ardent light” in Spanish. Ngoc Luzardo together means “diamond with ardent light.” Your spiritual name indicates the gift or talent you were given by God to be shared with the world.
Like Mark Zuckerberg (the founder of Facebook), Abraham Lincoln, and Franklin D Roosevelt’s numerology chart, Ngoc has a number 5 life path – the number of the catalyst for change. Number 5 life paths move people forward, get them unstuck, and change them forever on an individual or a collective level. Ngoc also has a Master Number 11 destiny, which is the number of a “lightworker” or “worker of the Light” who spreads their light on the path so others can be brought out of their own darkness. Master Number 11s are very tuned in to the world from which they came, can channel information from this unseen world, and be a very inspirational speaker and author.
Ngoc and JAL will be celebrating their 20th year of marriage in August 2015 (23.5 years together if dating years are included) and are living proof that love and passion can actually grow exponentially over time and not disappear over time like most marriages. Ngoc and JAL are soul mates who have turned into twin flames over time. They have been blessed with three wonderful happy and healthy children who are the ultimate expression of the joy they share in their life. Ngoc gave an all natural (no-drugs, surgery, complications, or other interventions) birth to all three children under water (a waterbirth) in the privacy of their own home with JAL by her side through the entire short labor and birth experience ranging from under 2 hours total to under 4.5 hours total. JAL caught each miraculous gift from God as they shot out of the birth canal and cut their umbilical cord 30 minutes later. For information about Ngoc, see the About Us page.
Last year, I had unexpected health and emotional crisis. Health, career, relationships were slipping away from me. Although doctors were trying to find the cause of my condition, something inside me was telling that it is not only physical or psychological. Ngoc was the only person who could understand what I was going through. Looking back now, I feel grateful to have known her. Like a very loving friend, she listened to me with great patience and non- judgment. I felt that I can open up to her and that really helped me to start seeing deeper side of myself. Ngoc truly initiated this beautiful journey of self-discovery for me. ~ Tejal Modi
I’ve known Ngoc for more than 15 years now, she has been a friend and a mentor and an inspiration to me. In different areas of my life like relationship, live paths, love, health, nutrition and even parenting (I don’t have kids, but I always been amaze by her 3 kids I’ve seen them growing up to be Extraordinary and Happy. I have never seen this kids fight, or be mad at each other). As a coach she has always been a great listener, open minded and very insightful. ~ Karina Espina
What to Expect From Coaching Sessions With Ngoc
Coaching sessions with Ngoc can be conducted in a private location on the Ardent Light Motherland, or over the phone with video conferencing and remote computer sharing when needed (client initiates phone call if client is outside U.S. or Canada). Unlimited between session support or communication is provided via a private web space that only Ngoc and the client has access to. Between session web-based support or communication is provided at no additional cost, however, responses from Ngoc are subject to Ngoc’s availability. Though Ngoc may not be able to respond to all inquiries, ideas, or comments between sessions, client is encouraged to continue journaling, reporting progress, and submitting questions or feedback on the private web space to maximize the use of time for the client in the next session which may even reduce the number of sessions needed overall. To be eligible for unlimited web-based between session support, sessions must be scheduled no more than one month apart. Web-based support and communication automatically ends when no more sessions are scheduled.
In addition to the standard life/health/spiritual coaching, sessions with Ngoc may include but is not limited to Emotional Intelligence, Pranayama, Yoga, and Meditation training, Divine Openings, Divine Physical Healings, Holistic Health Consultations, and other practices as the need arises. No two coaching sessions are ever alike. They are as unique, inspired, creative, and spontaneous as the individuals who participate in them. The client has 100% control over what they want to explore, work on, or discuss. Ngoc will ask the client for opinions on various suggestions or ideas if they come up and if client wants to hear them. Clients can bring in other people into the sessions as needed for the benefit of the client.
To maximize the use of time during the sessions and possibly reduce the number of sessions needed overall for the client, there will be reading material and a questionnaire for the client to fill out before the first session and there may be supportive assignments between sessions.
Schedule a Holistic (Life/Health/Spiritual) Coaching Session
All first-time clients are required to complete and submit a questionnaire that assesses their physical health, mental and emotional well-being, and level of spiritual enlightenment before their first session. The information provided on the questionnaire will help reduce the amount of time spent in the session (which reduces the cost for clients since clients pay by the hour), make the session more productive, and help focus the session on more advance issues.
If you are not a new client, please review your original questionnaire and update it with the new information and resend it as instructed on the last page of the questionnaire. After you turn in your new or updated questionnaire, Ngoc will review and meditate on the information you provide and then write down what she finds in a written recommendation. She will then schedule a coaching session with you to discuss and explore it with you and do any applicable recommendations during the session.
1 session (2 hours) $75, or 3 sessions (2 hours each) for $150
